Proposal Would Change Boat-Fishing on New York’s West Branch Delaware

Citing complaints from wade fishermen that “boaters interfered with their use and enjoyment of the river” the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is considering a proposal that would require boating anglers to get out of the craft to fish, at least on even numbered days.
