Cat-Killer Coons: Vicious band of raccoons takes out 10 pets

If you think coons are cute, you need to check out this article from The Olympian, reporting the brutal killing of 10 cats by a posse of super-aggressive raccoons in a west Olympia, Washington, neighborhood. Local residents, who point out that the crazed coons have not merely killed their pets but ripped them to pieces, have taken to carrying pepper spray and iron pipes to protect Mittens, Fluffy, and themselves.
