Sea Monster Sighting: Lake Champlain anglers see Champ chomping seagull

As I see it, Bob Gload of Crofton, Maryland, is not crazy for thinking he and his four grandchildren spotted Lake Champlain’s legendary sea monster last week. Clearly, the vacationing bass anglers saw something unusual. What is nuts, however, is telling anyone about it, especially given the three obvious strikes against their story: 1) Champ just happened to disappear before anyone could snap a photo; 2) there just happened to be no other boaters in the area to corroborate the sighting; and 3) who’s going to believe a bunch of fishermen?
