I dig the way this fish sorta looks blue in color with the yellow on his face and fins. Not sure if it's a trick of the light or whatnot but still a very nifty pic. Kudos!

Conman - get thee to Lake Morena - it will be happening soon and you'd better get some for me! Great to see F&S still championing the cause to get this great sporting species some respect. The carp is the Rodney Dangerfield of US fishing!

fly in the mouth? come on... there could have been a bread ball doused in egg yolk hanging out and it still would have been gorgeous. it's the photographer.

All things considered,first it is one of the best photos I have seen in regards to Carp and the Fly, kudos!
as for catching them it is one of the toughest fish in the fresh water world to get on a fly and then landing them is a whole other story.
